President
André Antunes is Managing Director at Orion Management GmbH (Vienna, Austria). He has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, finance, and corporate management, with extensive international expertise in construction and infrastructure.
André held several executive positions at OAS, one of Brazil’s leading construction groups, where he led the company’s expansion across Europe and played a key role in developing international tax planning strategies and financing solutions for major infrastructure projects in water and sanitation, urban mobility, housing, and energy.
He began his professional career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.
André holds a law degree and a master’s degree in accounting, as well as an International Executive MBA jointly awarded by the University of Minnesota and the University of Vienna.
Mag. Felipe Videira
Vice-President
Felipe Videira is Managing Director of mfm asset management GmbH, an independent asset management company based in Vienna, Austria. The firm specializes in long-term investment and advisory strategies with a focus on real estate.
Before joining mfm, Felipe accumulated managerial experience in Brazil’s oil and gas sector, where he held roles during a period of intense exploration and development activity. He later applied this expertise to project origination and execution as a founding partner of Nadalis Holding in Rio de Janeiro.
Today, Felipe is active in the Austrian and German real estate markets, originating and structuring transactions.
Felipe holds an engineering degree from the Vienna University of Technology and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Andre Fulgencio, MBA
Vice-President
Andre Fulgencio is a senior executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing and industrial sectors across Europe and Brazil. He has a proven track record in cross-functional leadership, sales and business development, market expansion, and organizational transformation in international environments.
Throughout his career, he has held senior roles at leading industrial groups including Air Liquide, Voestalpine, Primetals Technologies and Siemens. He currently serves as Sales Director at Schoeller-Bleckmann Edelstahlrohr in Lower Austria and lives with his family in Vienna.
Fluent in Portuguese, German, and English, Andre leverages his global network to strengthen business relations between Austria and Brazil. He holds an Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Minnesota.
Tiago Mendes Barroso
Vice-President
Tiago Mendes Barroso is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of international experience in the FMCG industry. He specializes in business development, FP&A, and revenue growth management. He has held leadership roles across Brazil, Mexico, and Austria, influencing large, multi-country operations in Europe and Latin America.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Tiago has been actively engaged in professional and innovation communities. He has served as a speaker at the World Finance Forum and acted as a mentor and expert for MassChallenge, supporting high-potential startups and contributing to the broader innovation ecosystem.
He holds an Executive MBA and an MBA in Finance from COPPEAD – Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and is currently a CGMA candidate.
Mag. Heinrich Foglar-Deinhardstein LL.M.
Vice-President
Heinrich Foglar-Deinhardstein is an Equity Partner at the Law Firm CERHA HEMPEL with offices in Austria and CEE (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia). He has more than two decades of professional experience in legal advice on corporate law, M&A, corporate reorganizations, restructurings, and private foundation law.
His work focuses on domestic and cross-border legal advice for Austrian and international clients. He has been working for Brazilian clients since 2009.
Heinrich graduated from the University of Vienna and has an LL.M. degree from King’s College London.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Austrian Company Law Society and is the first legal scholar in Austrian history to have co-published both a commentary on limited liability companies and a commentary on stock corporations.
Felix Mayrhofer-Grüenbühl
Secretary-General
Felix Mayrhofer-Grüenbühl is a retired auditor. He specialized in auditing multinational companies and banks, and was an early expert in International Financial Reporting Standards. Besides Austria, he worked in Brazil, Hungary, Slovenia, and Slovakia.
In addition to his business activities, Felix was involved with professional bodies in Austria, and he continues to be active in non-profit organisations, such as the Austrian-Brazilian Association, as well as in social, religious and cultural initiatives.
Felix holds a degree in law from the Vienna University and was qualified as an auditor in Austria. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, French, and manages Spanish and Slovakian.
Cristiane David Nascimento
Deputy Secretary-General
Cristiane David Nascimento is a senior Oil & Gas professional with over 20 years of experience in crude oil commercialization, trading, operations, and project management within the global energy industry.
Since August 2025, she has been working as a Crude Oil Trader at PRIO O&G Trading and Shipping GmbH, the trading and shipping company of the PRIO Group in Europe. Cristiane focuses on crude trading, market analysis, customer development, and the coordination of international crude transactions.
Previously, she worked at PRIO in Brazil as a Crude Marketing & Trading Specialist, managing crude commercialization strategies and export operations. Earlier in her career, she held senior commercial and project roles at Shell Brasil, as well as positions at Repsol YPF and General Electric.
Cristiane holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing.
Mag. Philip Chlupacek
Treasurer
Philip Chlupacek is an Executive Partner at Taxcoach Audit, Accounting and Tax Advice (Vienna, Austria), with more than a decade of professional experience in tax, accounting, and consulting. Prior to that, Philip worked for the European Central Bank in Frankfurt.
His work focuses on high-end tax counseling. He is a proven expert in tax structure and international tax law matters.
Philip graduated from the University of Vienna with a master’s degree in business administration and has a degree in the field of commerce from the University of Birmingham.
He is admitted as a tax advisor in Austria and possesses professional titles of Certified Supervisory Expert (CSE) from the Austrian professional association for management consultancy and information technology UBIT and Qualified Audit Manager from the Austrian Academy of Tax Advisors & Auditors.
